Rules

  1. Hang will attempt to land a top tier design role at his dream company in 6 months and commit to working at the company for a period of no less than 1 year
  2. Publicize as much of the process as possible via LinkedIn, Youtube, and other social media platforms, as long as it is in line with local state and federal laws, and with permission from all involved parties
  3. Create detailed strategy guides to help other design job seekers
  4. Work 6 days a week for 10 hours each day to up-skill and improve his portfolio
  5. Portfolio, resume, and applications will be made available and password-less for all to review
  6. Track all job applications and referrals in a database for full transparency
  7. Book and live-stream coaching calls from top designers for everyone to learn from
  8. Host a massive party of 200+ designers when he signs an offer OR host a small sad commiseration gathering when he receives 30+ final round rejections, whichever comes first

October to November - Continuing up-skill and improving portfolio

December - Improve portfolio, start applying to roles

January - Improve portfolio, interviewing

February - Interviewing and hopefully accept offer

April - Edit content into an ebook guide
